चुनाव आयोग को ना केवल निष्पक्ष होना चाहिए बल्कि निष्पक्ष दिखना भी चाहिए. राहुल गाँधी को केवल एक विधानसभा क्षेत्र का डाटा भी आयोग ने इलेक्ट्रोनिक फॉर्म में ना देकर एक तरह से यह सिद्ध कर दिया है कि आयोग चाहता ही नहीं कि उसकी सूचियों की कोई जाँच हो सके.
